WUB Hawaii is committed to helping Okinawan students advance in every way possible, and encourages students to participate in WUB-Hawaii meeting and events. WUB-Hawaii has discounted rates for students, and can usually provide transportation.
Student-Mentor Program
Students, WUB-Hawaii has started a Mentor program. The Mentor program is designed to help Okinawan students adjust to Hawaii, as well as make important contacts for future career plans.

East-West Fest 2007
Many Okinawan students in the Akisamiyo club at the University of Hawaii participated and performed at the East-West Fest. The East-West Fest was held on Saturday, April 14th at the East-West Center's Imin Center.
